Insurances and Financial Info

We accept most major medical insurances and vision plans. Please contact us if you have an insurance that is not listed below.

As your in-network insurance provider, we will be glad to file the insurance claims. Your visit will be filed with the appropriate medical and/or vision insurance per the insurance guidelines. As a general rule, vision plans do not cover any services that has a medical diagnosis. Determination of actual coverage and guidelines are defined by the insurance companies, not us. Patients are responsible for knowing plan benefits, co-payments, non-covered services and restrictions. We will be happy to answer any billing questions at the time of service.

We now offers large discount up to 70% for patients who may be uninsured, have high deductibles, or no coverage for certain services. To be eligible for these reduced rates, prompt payment is required. We will not make the claim with the insurance company. Please contact us for additional information.
